Sessions & Fees

Sessions are £60 per 50 minute session (a therapeutic hour).​

I provide counselling support to individuals both within my local area and throughout the UK. You can have your session with me in-person (in Ilkley LS29 or Otley LS21), taking time out for yourself in the calmness of the counselling room, or you can work with me remotely by telephone or Zoom, from the comfort of your chosen space. 

 

You may know exactly what you want to focus on in sessions or be a little uncertain where to begin. No matter what you do bring to the space, I view you as a whole person with a unique story to tell and welcome any topic with openness, empathy and attentiveness.
